Uzbekistan, TIKA discuss prospects to enhance collaboration

Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: The Head of the Department for Cooperation with European Countries and EU Institutions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Oybek Shakhavdinov met with the Head of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) in Uzbekistan Ali Rıza Tezcan.

The parties discussed projects implemented by TIKA in Uzbekistan and prospects for enhancing collaboration.

The importance of strengthening bilateral ties with Türkiye in various areas of mutual interest and intensifying cooperation with TIKA, including continuing projects to further develop Uzbekistan in the political, economic, and social spheres, was also emphasized.

Following the meeting, the parties expressed their readiness to strengthen the constructive dialogue in various areas further.
