Russia, Turkmenistan to hold bilateral talks in Samarkand

Samarkand, The Gulf Observer: The Presidents of Turkmenistan and Russia will hold bilateral talks on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit, which will be held on September 15-16 in Samarkand.

Serdar Berdimuhamedov will attend the SCO Summit as guest of honor for the first time after assumption of presidential office in March 2022.

The leaders of 15 countries are expected to attend the SCO Summit in Samarkand.
