Vietnam’s Prime Minister to Attend Expanded BRICS Summit in Kazan
Hanoi, The Gulf Observer: Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính will lead a high-ranking delegation from Vietnam to participate in the expanded BRICS summit in Kazan, Russia, scheduled for October 23-24.
The Prime Minister’s attendance at the summit comes at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, who is serving as the Chair of the BRICS Group in 2024, as announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This participation underscores Vietnam’s commitment to strengthening international cooperation and its active role in global economic and political dialogues.
