Vladimir Putin Arrives in Azerbaijan
Baku, The Gulf Observer: President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation arrived in the Republic of Azerbaijan on August 18 for a state visit, marking a significant moment in the diplomatic relations between the two neighboring countries.
Upon arrival at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, President Putin was greeted with a formal guard of honor, underscoring the importance of the visit. The airport was adorned with the national flags of Russia and Azerbaijan, symbolizing the strong ties between the two nations.
