Gulf Air strengthen relations with its partners in KSA & Kuwait
Manama, The Gulf Observer: Gulf Air, Bahrain’s national carrier held its annual Ramadan Ghabga in Riyadh and Kuwait, where a number of travel and tourism agents in both countries were hosted.
The event aimed at strengthening and building long-term relations with partners in its main markets.
Gulf Air CEO Captain Waleed Al Alawi valued the annual opportunity to network with the airline’s travel and tourism agents in its popular GCC destinations, as Gulf Air started flying to the region in the 50s and still sees strong passenger demand that translates to adding more daily frequencies in the future.
Captain Al Alawi highlighted the adaptation of several ambitious initiatives aimed at digital transformation and the application of green principles that are environmentally friendly.
He briefed the attendees on the airline’s expansion plans and the qualitative additions of Gulf Air’s beach destinations, the latest of which was the launch of direct flights between Bahrain and the city of Goa in India.
Al Alawi said that these expansion plans came in line with the airline’s boutique strategy to offer passengers customized services and Gulf Air’s renowned Arabian hospitality.
