Almaty Tourism Days to be Held in Xi’an and Beijing in October
Astana, The Gulf Observer: The cities of Xi’an and Beijing will host the “Days of Almaty Tourism” on October 14 and 16, respectively, with the aim of fostering international cooperation in tourism and attracting more visitors to Almaty, Kazakhstan’s largest city. This initiative, as reported by NHC, is being organized by the Almaty Mayor’s Office.
During the event, representatives from Kazakhstan will engage in discussions with leading Chinese tour operators, international airlines, tourist associations, and hotels. The talks are expected to result in several memorandums of cooperation aimed at enhancing tourism ties between Kazakhstan and China.
The program will feature presentations of Almaty’s unique tourist offerings, along with cultural performances and master classes by local craftsmen, providing participants with a glimpse into the city’s vibrant cultural heritage.
This initiative aligns with Almaty’s broader goal of strengthening its position as a key tourism destination in Central Asia.
