Amir of Qatar Participates in 142nd Session of the International Olympic Committee in Paris

Doha, The Gulf Observer: The Amir of Qatar His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, a member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), took part in the 142nd session of the IOC on Tuesday, July 23, 2024. The session, held at the Palais des Congrès in Paris, was chaired by IOC President HE Dr. Thomas Bach.

The meeting was attended by key figures in the Olympic movement, including members of the Olympic Executive Office, IOC members, and heads of international federations and national Olympic committees. Among the attendees was the President of the Qatar Olympic Committee, HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani.
