Doha, The Gulf Observer: The Amir of Qatar HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani left Doha on Sunday evening heading to the Japanese capital, Tokyo, to attend the state funeral of former Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
