Bahraini, Japanese FMs discuss ways to bolster bilateral cooperation

Riyadh, The Gulf Observer: Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, Foreign Affairs Minister, met at the premises of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)’s Secretariat-General, his Japanese counterpart, Yoshimasa Hayashi, on the sidelines of the joint ministerial meeting between the GCC and Japan.

The two ministers reviewed the long-standing solid Bahraini-Japanese friendship relations, which are growing steadily at all levels. They also discussed ways to bolster bilateral cooperation in the economic, trade, investment and development fields, in addition to other areas of common interest to benefit their peoples.

They also discussed the latest regional and global developments and their impact on regional and global security and stability, in addition to issues of common concern.
