Belarus Embassy in Turkmenistan Introduces Pre-Registration System for Visa Applications
Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: The Embassy of Belarus in Turkmenistan has announced the implementation of a new pre-registration system for visa applications and personal interviews, effective from April 15, 2024, according to the official website of the diplomatic mission.
To schedule appointments, individuals are required to call (+993 12) 48-29-27 between Monday and Friday from 11:00 to 13:00.
The embassy’s communication highlights that members of official delegations, including sports teams and creative groups, may be exempt from submitting documents in person if they present a note from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Furthermore, citizens traveling to Belarus for medical treatment are also exempt from advance registration if they can provide documentary evidence of their medical condition.
