BMB Holding and Germany’s BREITZMANN Forge Agreement to Export Uzbek Saffron to European Markets
Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: In a significant step towards strengthening trade relations, BMB Holding recently hosted a meeting with a delegation from the German company BREITZMANN Edelmetalle & Diamanten at its headquarters. The European delegation was briefed on the activities and product portfolio of BMB Holding, with a particular focus on the company’s specialized cultivation and export of agricultural goods, including saffron.
Discussions centered on the export of saffron branded under BMB Za’faron and other agricultural products processed at BMB Agro Plus, tailored to meet the demand in the German market. The meeting also explored the conditions required for processing agricultural products to European standards and examined the potential applications of saffron within Germany’s food and pharmaceutical sectors.
An agreement was reached to export BMB Za’faron-branded saffron to Germany, marking a key milestone for Uzbekistan’s agricultural sector. Additionally, plans were set in motion for the German delegation to visit Uzbekistan in early December to further develop this partnership, reinforcing BMB Holding’s commitment to expanding its reach in the European market.
