Dr. Mansoor Zaib Khan Highlights Role of Private Sector in TVET During Visit to FPCCI Regional Office

Lahore, The Gulf Observer: Dr. Mansoor Zaib Khan, Head of the TVET Sector Support Programme at GIZ Pakistan, visited the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) Regional Office in Lahore, where he underscored the vital role of the private sector in strengthening Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in Pakistan.
During his address, Dr. Khan emphasized that effective collaboration between public institutions and the private sector is key to enhancing skill development in a manner that aligns with the evolving demands of the labor market. He noted that this synergy is essential to ensure that the workforce is equipped with relevant and future-ready skills.
Ms. Qurrat ul Ain, Vice President of FPCCI, welcomed Dr. Khan and acknowledged his valuable contributions to the TVET sector. In recognition of his efforts, she presented him with a commemorative shield on behalf of the FPCCI.
