Erdogan Meets with Turkmenistan's FM Rashid Meredov in Ankara

Ankara, The Gulf Observer: President of the Republic of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, welcomed Rashid Meredov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, during his official visit to Ankara.

During the meeting, Minister Meredov conveyed greetings and best wishes from the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

The discussions covered a broad spectrum of issues, focusing on enhancing collaboration between Turkmenistan and Türkiye in the political-diplomatic, trade-economic, and cultural-humanitarian spheres. Both sides expressed their deep satisfaction with the progress of bilateral relations, emphasizing their mutual commitment to further strengthening the partnership in both bilateral and multilateral contexts.

In addition to bilateral cooperation, the leaders exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual interest, reaffirming their dedication to continued collaboration on the global stage.
