Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: The National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, held a phone conversation on Tuesday with the President of the Republic of Türkiye, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, during which he extended a formal invitation to the Turkish leader to visit Turkmenistan at a time convenient for him.
