H.E. Alisher Tukhtaev Welcomes Pakistani Delegation to Uzbekistan for ‘Jizzakh – 2025’ Business Forum
Jizzakh, The Gulf Observer: A high-level delegation of Pakistani entrepreneurs and industry leaders has arrived in Uzbekistan to take part in the “Jizzakh – 2025” International Business Forum, set to take place from April 23 to 24 in the picturesque Zaamin district of the Jizzakh region.
Announcing the delegation’s arrival, H.E. Alisher Tukhtaev, Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Pakistan, praised the growing partnership between the two countries and highlighted the forum as a strategic step toward deeper trade and investment cooperation.
Organized through the joint efforts of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Islamabad and Pakistan’s prominent chambers of commerce, the forum brings together companies engaged in pharmaceuticals, textiles, leather processing, chemicals, and value-added production. Leading Pakistani firms such as Broadpeak, TPBS, Diners, Getz Pharma, Herbion Naturals, and UP-Match are part of the visiting delegation.
“The ‘Jizzakh – 2025’ Forum serves as a vital platform for investment matchmaking, project discussions, and launching bilateral initiatives,” Ambassador Tukhtaev said. “It represents our commitment to building mutual trust, economic progress, and lasting friendship.”
The ambassador emphasized the enthusiastic interest shown by Pakistani business leaders in the investment incentives, industrial zones, and infrastructure opportunities across the Jizzakh region. The forum is expected to witness signing of new agreements and the initiation of joint ventures that align with Uzbekistan’s broader economic reforms and vision for regional cooperation.
This landmark event aligns with the vision of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who has repeatedly underscored the importance of forging partnerships based on shared progress and mutual respect.
