Israeli Air Strike on Jenin Refugee Camp

Jenin, The Gulf Observer: A Palestinian man was killed and eight others were wounded in an Israeli air strike on the Jenin refugee camp in the occupied West Bank, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.
The strike targeted a Palestinian “armed cell” allegedly planning an attack against an Israeli target, as confirmed by an Israeli military statement quoted by Israeli media, including the Ynet news website.
The Palestinian Health Ministry reported that the eight wounded individuals are in stable condition and are receiving treatment at local hospitals. The identities of the wounded could not be immediately confirmed by media.
This incident occurs amid heightened tensions across the occupied West Bank, following a deadly Israeli invasion of Gaza in October last year. Since then, nearly 505 Palestinians have been killed and more than 4,900 injured by Israeli military actions and settlers in the occupied territories, according to the Health Ministry.
