Israeli Strikes on Gaza City Result in 11 Deaths

Gaza City, The Gulf Observer: Israeli airstrikes on a residential apartment in Gaza City have resulted in the deaths of 11 Palestinians and left many others injured, including women and children, according to Gaza’s Civil Defense Agency.

The agency reported that its teams retrieved seven bodies from the site of the attack on Al-Nafaq Street, near Al-Tabeen school. Among the deceased were three children, three women, and one man. Numerous injuries were also reported, though the exact nature of the wounds remains unspecified.

Eyewitnesses informed media that civil defense teams continued to search for more victims and survivors amid the rubble. Officials later confirmed that the death toll had risen to 11.

Witnesses also reported that Israeli artillery continued to shell areas and homes in the Al Zaytoun neighborhood, located in the southeast of Gaza City. The artillery fire has caused several fires in homes and properties, with smoke columns visible from the eastern part of the area.

The latest escalation adds to the growing toll of casualties and destruction in Gaza, further exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in the region.
