Kazakh and Iranian Foreign Ministers Hold Telephone Talks to Strengthen Bilateral Relations

Astana, The Gulf Observer: At the initiative of the Iranian side, a telephone conversation was held on Saturday between Kazakh Foreign Minister Yermek Kosherbayev and his Iranian counterpart Seyed Abbas Araghchi, the press service of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry reported.
During the conversation, Minister Araghchi extended congratulations to Minister Kosherbayev on his recent appointment as Kazakhstan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, as well as on the occasion of Republic Day.
The foreign ministers discussed the current state and future prospects of Kazakh-Iranian cooperation, reaffirming their mutual commitment to further expand and deepen bilateral relations.
In addition, the ministers reviewed upcoming high-level and top-level events and agreed to continue an active political dialogue, underlining their shared interest in strengthening strategic ties between the two countries.
