Kazakhstan Signs MoU with Cointelegraph to Advance Web3 Ecosystem and Digital Innovation

Astana, The Gulf Observer: The Kazakh Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with global blockchain media outlet Cointelegraph to strengthen the country’s Web3 ecosystem and enhance its role as a regional center for digital innovation, according to media reports.
The agreement aims to highlight Kazakhstan’s advancements in blockchain, fintech, and artificial intelligence on the international stage while fostering greater collaboration between government institutions, private enterprises, and the Web3 community.
Jeffrey Milligan, Global Head of Partnerships at Cointelegraph, emphasized the importance of the partnership, noting that Kazakhstan has made significant progress in developing a transparent and forward-looking digital economy. He stated that through this cooperation, Cointelegraph seeks to contribute to further growth by sharing international expertise, strengthening media cooperation, and connecting local innovators with the global Web3 ecosystem.
The MoU encompasses several strategic initiatives, including the creation of educational programs and workshops for government and business representatives, the launch of joint research projects, and the organization of major Web3 and fintech events in Kazakhstan.
Moreover, the partnership will focus on producing original media content and analytical materials to promote Kazakhstan’s digital transformation on Cointelegraph’s global platform.
