Mirziyoyev congratulates Gurbanguly on Eid Al-Adha

Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: On June 29, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

The President of Uzbekistan cordially congratulated Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on his birthday, sincerely wishing him health, well-being, and great success, peace, and prosperity to the fraternal Turkmen people.

The President of Uzbekistan emphasized Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov’s significant contribution to the development of modern Turkmenistan, strengthening friendship, good neighborliness, and strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.

The leaders of Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan exchanged sincere congratulations on the holy holiday of Qurban Hayit. The President of Uzbekistan also congratulated Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the official opening of the new city of Arkadag.

During the telephone conversation, issues of further enhancing multifaceted cooperation between the two countries in investment, industry, energy, agriculture, and transport were discussed. The intensification of fruitful contacts at all levels, including interregional and cultural-humanitarian exchanges, was noted.
