Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram visits Embassy of People’s Republic of China at Islamabad

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: On 9th May 2024, Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Executive Director, Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future (PRCCSF) visited Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to Pakistan and met with Political counsellor Mr. Wang Shengjie and diplomats from Media Section of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to Pakistan.

During the meeting, Mr. Wang Shengjie expressed admiration for the work of PRCCSF and its efforts to promote the concept of a community with shared future. They discussed ways to further advance this idea among the general public and strengthen mutual understanding and cooperation between China and Pakistan. Mr. Akram stressed the importance of using cultural, educational, and people-to-people exchanges to strengthen the communication and friendship between the two countries.

Furthermore, the meeting involved discussions regarding joint activities and future projects related to the Belt and Road Initiative and regional connectivity, aimed at promoting bilateral relations between China and Pakistan and enhancing cultural and research collaborations.
