Nifty Sphere to Host ‘Cultural Color – Season 5’ Celebrating Balochistan’s Heritage and Youth Creativity

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: Nifty Sphere Institute of Arts and Design has announced the fifth season of its flagship fashion event, “Cultural Color – Season 5,” which will be held in August 2026 under the theme “Rang-e-Balochistan.”

The annual fashion showcase aims to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Balochistan while providing a creative platform for students from across Pakistan, particularly those from Balochistan, to demonstrate their professional skills, artistic talent, and cultural expression.

Participants will design and present costumes inspired by the province’s vibrant traditions, distinctive colors, and cultural identity through a dynamic runway presentation. The event is intended to promote creativity, skill-based education, and cultural awareness among young people, with a special focus on empowering women through education and the creative arts.

“Cultural Color – Season 5” also seeks to project Pakistan’s diverse cultural heritage and positive image to national and international audiences by highlighting the country’s artistic richness and traditions.

The event is being organized in collaboration with the Ministry of National Heritage and Culture. As part of the partnership, institutions operating under the Ministry will contribute to various cultural activities during the event. Lok Virsa will curate special exhibitions and stalls featuring Balochi traditions, handicrafts, and cultural heritage, offering visitors an opportunity to experience the unique identity of the province.

The Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) will also support the initiative by promoting Pakistan’s artistic and cultural legacy through the participation of young designers and artists.

According to the organizers, “Cultural Color – Season 5” reflects a shared commitment to preserving Pakistan’s cultural traditions, nurturing youth talent, encouraging skill development, and celebrating the country’s cultural diversity. The event also aims to inspire the next generation to become ambassadors of Pakistan’s rich heritage while promoting the unique identity of Balochistan on a national platform.
