President Ilham Aliyev Condemns Rocket Attack on Türkiye in Call with President Erdoğan
Baku, The Gulf Observer: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev held a telephone conversation with President of the Republic of Türkiye Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on March 9, during which he strongly condemned the recent rocket attack targeting Turkish territory.
During the call, President Aliyev expressed solidarity with Türkiye and conveyed Azerbaijan’s support for the brotherly Turkish people in the wake of the attack.
President Erdoğan thanked President Aliyev for the phone call and for Azerbaijan’s clear position and support.
The leaders reaffirmed the close ties and strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Türkiye, emphasizing their continued solidarity in addressing regional challenges and ensuring security and stability.
