President Pezeshkian Highlights Unity Among Iran’s Ethnic Groups in Overcoming National Challenges

President Pezeshkian

Tehran, The Gulf Observer: President Masoud Pezeshkian has lauded the contributions of Iran’s diverse ethnic groups in addressing the country’s challenges, stressing that the nation’s culture is deeply rooted in solidarity and mutual support.

Speaking on Monday at a ceremony in Tehran marking the National Day of Villages and Nomads, the president emphasized that Iran’s strength lies in the unity of its people, who continue to work together to overcome social and economic hardships. The event was attended by manufacturers, entrepreneurs, and other representatives from across the country.

Calling the gathering “a symbol of Iran,” President Pezeshkian noted that the country—with its rich tapestry of ethnic and cultural diversity—belongs to all Iranians who are striving collectively for progress and stability.

“Iranian culture is founded on unity and helping one another,” he said, adding that his administration remains committed to resolving the nation’s pressing issues and promoting equitable development across all regions.

President Pezeshkian further asserted that the government would not allow adversaries to undermine the country’s sovereignty or security. He commended the Iranian people for their resilience during Israel’s 12-day war in June, noting that their steadfastness thwarted attempts to destabilize the nation.

“The enemy believed that if they attacked Iran, the country would descend into chaos,” he said. “However, the Iranian people stood firm against their adversaries and achieved significant accomplishments on all fronts.”
