Hanoi, The Gulf Observer: Party General Secretary and State President To Lam is set to embark on a series of high-level state visits to Mongolia, Ireland, and France, from September 30 to October 7, 2024. During his visit, he will also attend the 19th Francophonie Summit, which will take place in France.
The visits come at the invitation of Mongolian President Ukhnaagiin Khurelsukh, Irish President Michael D. Higgins, and French President Emmanuel Macron, reflecting the growing diplomatic ties between Vietnam and these nations.
