President Tokayev Congratulates Bulgarian Counterpart on Liberation Day, Reaffirms Strong Bilateral Ties

Astana, The Gulf Observer: Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has extended a congratulatory message to his Bulgarian counterpart Iliana Iotova on the occasion of Bulgaria’s Liberation Day, the Akorda press service reported.
In his message, President Tokayev described Bulgaria as one of Kazakhstan’s key and reliable partners within the European Union, highlighting the steady and progressive development of bilateral relations. He underscored the strengthening political dialogue, expanding economic ties, and growing cultural and humanitarian cooperation between the two nations.
The Kazakh leader expressed confidence that Kazakh-Bulgarian cooperation would continue to deepen through joint efforts, further enhancing mutually beneficial partnership.
President Tokayev also wished Iotova success in her responsible state activities and conveyed his best wishes of wellbeing and prosperity to the people of Bulgaria.
Earlier, Tokayev congratulated Masato Kanda on his first anniversary as head of the Asian Development Bank, noting the bank’s forthcoming 60th anniversary and commending its role in supporting regional development initiatives.
