Qatar sends 58 tonnes of aid to Gaza
Doha, The Gulf Observer: A plane belonging to the Armed Forces of Qatar headed to the city of El Arish in the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt.
The plane was carrying 58 tonnes of aid, including food supplies, medical equipment and shelter supplies, provided by the Qatar Fund for Development, and the Qatar Red Crescent, in preparation for transporting it to Gaza.
This brings the total number of aircraft to 43 aircraft, with a total of 1,420 tonnes of aid.
The aid comes as part of the State of Qatar’s full support toward the Palestinian people during the current difficult humanitarian conditions.
