Russian President Putin to Visit Uzbekistan

Moscow, The Gulf Observer: Russian President Vladimir Putin is scheduled to undertake a state visit to Uzbekistan from May 26 to 27, according to an announcement made by Yuri Ushakov, Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation.

As reported by TASS, Ushakov confirmed that the visit will span Sunday and Monday. President Putin’s itinerary includes only the capital city, Tashkent.

The visit will commence with the first series of working events on the evening of May 26. A meeting is scheduled for that evening, marking the start of the official engagements.

During this state visit, several significant documents are expected to be signed, underscoring the strengthening of bilateral relations between Russia and Uzbekistan.

This visit reflects the ongoing commitment to enhancing cooperation and partnership between the two nations.
