Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: As part of the Kungil Kuzi (Eye of the Soul) project, Assistant to the President of Uzbekistan Saida Mirziyoyeva spent a memorable day with talented children from Samarkand who have visual impairments. The special meeting, held at the Tashkent Planetarium, was a vibrant celebration of creativity, innovation, and the power of technology.
