Saudi Arabia, Japan studying to produce clean hydrogen
Riyadh, The Gulf Observer: Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Japan’s Marubeni Corporation to study producing clean hydrogen in Saudi Arabia.
Within the framework of the MoU, the export of the clean hydrogen to the local and international markets will be studied.
It is noteworthy that PIF intends to invest more than $10 million green projects by 2026, including renewable energy, clean transportation, sustainable water management.
