Riyadh, The Gulf Observer: Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Defense, Prince Khalid bin Salman, held a high-level meeting with Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces, Field Marshal Asim Munir, at his office in Riyadh on Thursday.

During the discussions, both leaders reaffirmed the longstanding fraternal ties and the strategic defense partnership between the two nations. They emphasized their shared commitment to advancing global peace and security and explored avenues to strengthen joint efforts in support of mutual interests.

Prince Khalid highlighted the pivotal role of Saudi Arabia and Pakistan in maintaining international stability, noting that their collaboration aligns with the aspirations of the leadership in both countries.

“The meeting underscored our unwavering bilateral relations and long-standing strategic defense partnership,” Prince Khalid said. “We also discussed ways to promote global peace and security in a manner that serves our shared interests.”
