Turkmen and Hungarian Foreign Ministers Discuss Bilateral Cooperation and Upcoming Peace and Trust Forum
Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov held a telephone conversation with Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary Péter Szijjártó.
During the discussion, the ministers reviewed key aspects of Turkmen-Hungarian cooperation across political, trade and economic, as well as cultural and humanitarian fields. Both sides emphasized that high-level contacts play a crucial role in strengthening the partnership between the two countries.
The interlocutors also exchanged views on prospects for multilateral cooperation between Turkmenistan and Hungary within the framework of reputable international organizations, particularly the United Nations.
Special attention was given to preparations for the upcoming International Forum of Peace and Trust, scheduled to take place on December 12 this year in Ashgabat.
