Turkmenistan and Chimcomplex Hold Talks on Investment in New Industrial Projects

Bucharest, The Gulf Observer: Turkmenistan’s Ambassador to Romania, Annamamet Annayev, held a meeting with the Chairman of the Board of the Romanian company Chimcomplex, Ştefan Vuza, to explore prospects for investment in new industrial projects and enhance cooperation in gas processing and the chemical industry.
According to Turkmen official media, the Turkmen side provided an overview of the country’s key development priorities in the oil, gas, and industrial sectors. The presentation highlighted ongoing modernization initiatives and Turkmenistan’s strategic efforts to strengthen regional energy security.
Chimcomplex’s leadership expressed keen interest in expanding partnership relations with Turkmenistan, emphasizing the company’s readiness to engage in joint ventures and industrial collaborations.
Following the meeting, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining constructive dialogue and identifying concrete avenues for mutually beneficial cooperation in the energy and chemical sectors.
Earlier, Chimcomplex had proposed the establishment of a Turkmen-Romanian chemical company, a joint venture with Turkmenkhimiya, aimed at fostering industrial development and deepening economic collaboration between the two countries.
