UAE and Egypt Discuss Regional Developments and Syrian Crisis
Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), held a phone conversation with Dr. Badr Abdel Ati, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Migration of the Arab Republic of Egypt, to discuss regional developments and the situation in Syria.
During the discussion, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah reaffirmed the UAE’s steadfast commitment to supporting Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. He emphasized the importance of ensuring the security and stability of the Syrian people, underscoring the UAE’s dedication to fostering peace and stability in the region.
The two foreign ministers also exchanged views on several issues of mutual interest, exploring avenues for enhancing bilateral cooperation and addressing shared challenges.
