UAE Minister Sultan Al Jaber Arrives in Azerbaijan to Attend 17th ECO Summit
Fuzuli, The Gulf Observer: Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology of the United Arab Emirates and President of COP28, arrived in Azerbaijan on July 3 to participate in the 17th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), scheduled to take place in Khankendi.
Upon his arrival at Fuzuli International Airport, Minister Al Jaber was warmly received by Eldar Seyidov, Deputy Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Khojavend districts.
The UAE’s participation in the ECO Summit reflects its commitment to regional economic cooperation and sustainable development. Minister Al Jaber’s attendance is also expected to contribute to discussions on climate resilience and green transition, in alignment with his role as COP28 President.
