UAE President Meets Former US President Donald Trump
Washington, D.C., The Gulf Observer: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), met with former U.S. President Donald Trump today as part of His Highness’s official visit to the United States.
During the meeting, His Highness emphasized the enduring strength of the relationship between the UAE and the United States, noting that the partnership has flourished for more than 50 years, built on a shared vision of progress, prosperity, and strategic collaboration.
President Sheikh Mohamed expressed his gratitude for Mr. Trump’s efforts during his tenure as U.S. President in bolstering the bilateral ties between the two nations. “The UAE and the U.S. have enjoyed a deep and prosperous partnership, one that has been significantly strengthened through our shared commitment to progress,” His Highness stated. “I appreciate Mr. Trump’s contributions to enhancing the strategic relationship between our countries.”
The meeting reaffirmed the strong foundation of the UAE-US alliance, which continues to play a crucial role in promoting stability and development in the region and beyond.
