UAE President to Embark on State Visit to China
Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan will commence a state visit to the People’s Republic of China on Thursday, May 30, following an invitation from Chinese President His Excellency Xi Jinping.
During this significant visit, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed and President Xi Jinping will engage in high-level discussions focused on strengthening the bilateral relations between their nations. Key areas of cooperation and collaboration will include the economic, developmental, and cultural sectors. These discussions are set within the framework of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the UAE and China, which aims to foster sustainable development and economic growth for both countries.
In addition to these crucial discussions, His Highness will attend celebrations marking the 40th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the UAE and China. This milestone underscores the enduring and evolving partnership between the two nations. Furthermore, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed will participate in the 10th Ministerial Conference of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum, highlighting the UAE’s commitment to enhancing regional cooperation.
The leaders will also address regional and international issues of mutual interest, emphasizing the importance of cooperation and dialogue in promoting global stability and peace.
