The joint venture commenced the construction of its production line in April 2019, with a total investment of $150 million. By June 2020, the production line was activated, and a month later, Huaxin Cement began supplying cement products to the market.
Spanning an expansive 71 hectares, the enterprise includes essential facilities such as a laboratory, central control and management department, raw material crushing workshop, mechanical workshop, boiler room, and packaging and storage warehouses. Additionally, the site features a 300-seat dining room offering a diverse menu of Uzbek and Chinese cuisines, an administrative building, and a fully-equipped dormitory for 150 individuals.

Mirjalal Abdusattorov, an employee at Huaxin Cement, emphasized the commitment to quality control, stating, “28 Uzbek and 6 Chinese specialists are engaged in computer quality control of products. We produce cement grades 400 and 500. Employees are constantly improving their skills. Recently, we studied at a cement manufacturing plant in Tajikistan.”
