Vice President of Berdimuhamedov Charity Fund Assesses Child Healthcare and Rehabilitation Facilities in Ahal Velayat

Ahal Velayat, The Gulf Observer: Oguljahan Atabayeva, Vice President for Medical Affairs of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charity Fund for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, conducted a working visit to Ahal Velayat, Turkmenistan’s state media reported on Wednesday.
During the visit, Atabayeva reviewed the operations of several key healthcare and educational institutions dedicated to the rehabilitation and development of children. These included the Rehabilitation Educational and Training Complex, the Multidisciplinary Hospital, and the Maternal and Child Health Center.
At the Multidisciplinary Hospital, she inspected the intensive care unit of the maternity ward, evaluating the facilities and conditions provided for mothers and newborns. She later visited the Maternal and Child Health Center to examine the maternity ward and assess the quality of care and services being delivered.
Medical professionals at the visited institutions highlighted the critical role of continued state support in advancing healthcare services for children. They expressed appreciation for the attention and encouragement shown toward their work.
Concluding her visit, Atabayeva underscored the importance of creating favorable conditions for raising a healthy generation, reaffirming the Foundation’s commitment to supporting pediatric health initiatives. She also extended her best wishes to the medical personnel, acknowledging their dedication and contributions to child welfare.
