Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: Uzbekistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov, held a meeting with Akiko Fujii, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Resident Representative in Uzbekistan. The meeting highlighted the ongoing partnership between Uzbekistan and the UNDP, particularly in support of the nation’s comprehensive reform agenda.

Minister Saidov expressed his appreciation for the UNDP’s continued support, emphasizing the importance of their collaboration in fostering sustainable development in Uzbekistan. “We highly value the ongoing support of UNDP for the comprehensive reform program in Uzbekistan. The parties agreed to closely cooperate to create the best conditions for sustainable development in our country. I wish Ms. Fujii every success in her future endeavors,” Minister Saidov shared on his official Telegram channel.
