Ankara, The Gulf Observer: The Saudi-Turkish Joint Military Committee held its sixth meeting at the Turkish General Staff headquarters in Ankara, co-chaired by Saudi Chief of General Staff Gen. Fayyad Al-Ruwaili and Turkish Chief of General Staff Gen. Metin Gürak.

The committee deliberated on enhancing cooperation and coordination in the defense and military sectors, alongside discussing various issues of mutual interest. The meeting was attended by several high-ranking officers from both nations’ armed forces, reflecting the commitment to strengthening bilateral military ties.

In addition to the committee meeting, Gen. Al-Ruwaili held discussions with Turkish Minister of National Defense Yaşar Güler. The two leaders explored opportunities for further collaboration in defense and emphasized the strong bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Türkiye.

This meeting underscores the growing defense partnership between the two nations and their shared commitment to regional security and stability.
