Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a meeting on Thursday with Hussein Al-Musallam, the Director General of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) and President of the World Aquatics Organization, to discuss the advancement of sports and international cooperation in Turkmenistan.

During the meeting, Al-Musallam commended Turkmenistan’s efforts in sports development and its commitment to strengthening the Olympic movement. He expressed gratitude for the opportunity to meet with President Berdimuhamedov, emphasizing the nation’s significant progress in promoting sports and preparing athletes for international competitions, as reported by Turkmenistan’s official media.
