President Mirziyoyev Engages with Uzbek Community in Tokyo

Tokyo, The Gulf Observer: President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who arrived in Tokyo on an official visit, was warmly received by a group of Uzbek compatriots working and studying in Japan.
Following his arrival, the Head of State held an open and cordial interaction with members of the Uzbek community. During the conversation, President Mirziyoyev discussed the ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan and listened to the aspirations, goals, and future plans of his compatriots residing in Japan.
The President emphasized the importance of education, professional development, and international experience, noting that the skills and knowledge acquired in Japan—often referred to as the Land of the Rising Sun—would play a valuable role in Uzbekistan’s continued development.
Wishing them success in their academic and professional endeavors, President Mirziyoyev expressed confidence that their contributions would help advance national prosperity and enhance the well-being of the Uzbek people.
