New York, The Gulf Observer: Outcome documents of two international events held with the participation of Turkmenistan have been published and circulated as official documents of the United Nations General Assembly and the Security Council during the 80th session, the Permanent Mission of Turkmenistan to the United Nations said on Tuesday.

According to the mission, the first document summarizes the proceedings of the International Conference titled “The Role of Women in Modern Society: Developing International Cooperation for Sustainable Development.” It highlights discussions on expanding international cooperation, promoting gender equality, and strengthening the role of women in achieving sustainable development goals.

The second document contains the Ashgabat Declaration adopted at the International Forum on Peace and Trust. The forum was held in the context of the International Year of Peace and Trust 2025, the International Day of Neutrality, and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality. The declaration underscores the importance of dialogue, mutual trust, and the principle of neutrality in enhancing international peace and stability.

The circulation of these outcome documents as official United Nations materials ensures their accessibility to all member states and facilitates their use in ongoing and future multilateral discussions within the UN system.
