Pakistani DJ in Sweden Meets with Her Excellency Alex Berg von Linde

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: During a special “Fika With Friends” gathering, Her Excellency Alex Berg von Linde met with DJ Shahrukh to discuss his newly launched memoir titled “Memoir of a Pakistani DJ: Out of the Frying Pan and into the Ice.”

The book chronicles DJ Shahrukh’s remarkable life journey from Pakistan to Sweden, reflecting on themes of identity, resilience, cultural transition, and pursuing dreams beyond borders.

According to details, the discussion focused on the challenges and experiences that shaped his personal and professional journey, as well as the broader questions of belonging and adapting to life in a new society.

During the meeting, DJ Shahrukh presented Ambassador Alex with a signed copy of his memoir, while the ambassador gifted him a commemorative book marking 75 Years of Partnership between Sweden and Pakistan, in which DJ Shahrukh is also featured.
