President Ilham Aliyev Awards Higher Ranks and Medals to Azerbaijan Prosecutor’s Office Personnel

Baku, The Gulf Observer: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed orders awarding higher special and military ranks and state medals to employees of the country’s Prosecutor’s Office.

Under one of the presidential orders, one employee was conferred the special rank of State Justice Counselor, 2nd Class, while two employees were awarded the rank of State Justice Counselor, 3rd Class. In addition, one officer was promoted to the rank of Major General of Justice.

In accordance with another order signed by President Aliyev, four employees of the Prosecutor’s Office were awarded the “Taraggi” (“Progress”) Medal.

A further 18 employees were honored with the “For Distinguished Service in the Prosecutor’s Bodies” Medal in recognition of their service.

The presidential orders underscore the state’s recognition of the professional contributions and dedicated service of personnel within Azerbaijan’s Prosecutor’s Office.
