Amir of Qatar holds talks with Kishida
Doha, The Gulf Observer: The Amir of Qatar H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and Prime Minister of Japan HE Fumio Kishida held an official talks session at the Amiri Diwan today.
At the beginning of the session, HH the Amir welcomed the Japanese Prime Minister and the accompanying delegation, wishing the relations between the two countries further development and growth. His Highness also stressed the importance of this visit as it will result in increased communication and coordination in order to enhance cooperation between the two countries in all aspects.
For his part, the Japanese Prime Minister expressed his thanks to HH the Amir for the warm welcome and reception.
During the session, they discussed the existing cooperation relations between the two countries, especially in the fields of economy and energy. The talks also touched on key regional and international issues.
