Anwar Ibrahim Briefed on MADANI City Concept Centered on People’s Welfare

Putrajaya, The Gulf Observer: The MADANI City concept, which prioritizes the comprehensive provision of basic facilities for the welfare of the people, was presented today with Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim in attendance.
The plan outlines the development of key facilities within close proximity to residential areas, including a vertical school, TVET institutions, financial institutions, a health clinic, fire and police stations, as well as a mosque. These elements are designed to foster a balanced, inclusive, and well-serviced community.
Phase one of the MADANI City development will see the construction of approximately 3,000 residential units alongside a vertical school. This phase is scheduled for completion and full operation by the end of 2027.
In line with the government’s commitment to preserving national identity, the architectural design of both the mosque and the school will incorporate local cultural elements, contributing to the conservation of heritage and traditional aesthetics.
It is hoped that all planned initiatives under the MADANI City concept will proceed smoothly and be successfully implemented for the collective benefit of the rakyat.
