Azerbaijan President receives new heads of executive branches

Baku, The Gulf Observer: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on Monday, July 25 Araz Ahmadov, Akbar Abbasov and Elvin Paschayev on their appointments to the heads of the executive branches of the Rayons of Masalli, Lerik and Göygöl.
President Ilham Aliyev delivered a speech at the reception.
