Viet Nam’s achievements during the 2021-2025 period are truly commendable. Maintaining macroeconomic stability, achieving an average GDP growth of approximately 6.3% annually – among the highest globally – and elevating the nation to upper-middle-income status are feats that underscore the effectiveness and resilience of Viet Nam’s development model. The significant advancements in human development, social welfare, and the happiness of its people, as reflected in the markedly improved global indices, demonstrate a profound commitment to balanced and inclusive growth.
The Congress reaffirms Viet Nam’s consistent foreign policy of independence, peace, cooperation, development, and proactive international integration. This principled and constructive stance has earned Viet Nam great respect on the global stage and has been instrumental in maintaining a peaceful and stable environment conducive to national development and international partnership.
The relationship between Pakistan and Viet Nam is one nurtured by longstanding friendship and mutual respect. The media plays a crucial role as a bridge between nations and peoples.
